Medical Cables:
Custom cable extrusion, assembly, and connector design are our specialties. We provide on-shore prototyping as well as off-shore production in our China facilities.
Wire Harnesses:
We have automated tooling for high quality cost effective wire harness manufacturing. All operations follow IPC standards. Our facilities are UL audited and compliant.
Fiber Optic Cables:
Multimode connectors have the PC style polished fiber, while the single-mode connectors are available with the APC or UPC style polished fiber.
RF Cables Assemblies:
RF Cable Assemblies are very cost effective in transmitting high frequency signals. All our RF cable assemblies are engineered to meet or exceed the latest industry standards.
DVI & HDMI / HDTV Custom Cables:
Dual Link DVI cables provide bandwidth for resolutions up to 2048 x 1536. Single Link DVI custom cables support resolutions of over 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz (HDTV).
FireWire Cables & USB Cables:
Both high quality USB 2.0 custom cables and FireWire cables are our specialty. We have the production flexibility to handle low, medium, and high volume runs.
Network & Communications Cables:
We manufacture both standard and custom network, communications, and audio cable assemblies, compliant with all industry standards.
SCSI, SAS Cables & SATA Cables:
Parallel SCSI is gradually being replaced by Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) for external applications and by SATA for internal applications.
Power Cords:
We specialize in power cords of both commercial or medical grade. All cable assemblies are Agency certified per their application.
Camera Link Cables:
Used in very high speed video frame grabber interfaces, our camera link cables achieve a transfer rate of 2.38 Gbit/sec in one direction. Channel
Link Cables:
Channel Link cables and interfaces allow up to 10.79 GBit/sec to be transmitted.
Fiber Channel Cables & Infiniband Cables:
We manufacture fiber channel cables and Infiniband cables that transmit at 6 Gbps.
